Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart have sent a cease and desist letter to John McCain and Sarah Palin's presidential campaign. Apparently, they aren't too happy about Republicans co-opting their "Barracuda" cut as Palin's theme song. As Heart's rep told TMZ, "The Republican campaign did not ask for permission to use the song, nor would they have been granted that permission. We have asked the Republican campaign publicly not to use our music. We hope our wishes will be honored."
Ironically enough, "Barracuda" was cued up once again last night, right after McCain's speech.
