Due out through Vice Records on October 7, Everything Is Borrowed features 11 new tracks with a (according to CMJ) "more positive vibe, as well as lyrical musings on evolution, religion, transience, male friendship, and a few other things you wouldn't want to talk about on a first date."

2. Heaven For The Weather
3. I Love You More (Than You Like Me)
4. The Way Of The Dodo
5. On The Flip Of A Coin
6. On The Edge Of A Cliff
7. Never Give In
8. The Sherry End
