Will Ferrell is attached to star in an upcoming mainstream comedy called 2-Face, penned by Vince Gilligan, who also worked on the smash hit Hancock and The X-Files TV series. The script has been in development at Sony for several years and Ferrell was first attracted to it three years ago.
The film will feature a man who develops a split personality after a prank. One half is a free-thinking liberal, while the other is opinionated and of racist tendencies. Producers are currently scouting directors for the project.
